“Free trial” – refers to a promotional offer for first time users to access our services for free for a very limited time.

3.User responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to provide accurate and true informations while registering and using our services. The user agrees that Matchadvisers might amend these Terms and Conditions in which the user shall be informed through email about any changes and is user’s responsibility to comply effective immediately with the revised Terms and Conditions. User agree to check the Terms and Conditions every time before using our services.

User agrees to keep the account informations secure, not to share with anyone else and notify us immediately if he suspects any unauthorised access.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and services provided by us, are owned by Matchadvisers.com and no parts or content should be republished, adapted, uploaded, published, distributed, hyperlinked, resell or copied in any manner or by any means before consulting and written permission of Matchadvisers.

User acknowledges that the services he receives from Matchadvisers.com are only for his personal and non-commercial use.

5. Restrictions

All users must be over 18 years old to be able to register and use our services.
Matchadvisers reserves the right to ask for proof of age if suspects that the user is under the required age and account may be suspended or disabled until the satisfactory proof is provided.

6. Account and Membership

To access our services you must create a membership account in which you agree to provide accurate and valid informations and email address. Matchadvisers reserves the right to cancel any subscription and suspend any account that might provide false informations.

-Free Trial – New members are eligible for a free trial of 1 day which give them limited access to our services. After the free trial period ends you will be able to use our services by choosing one of our subscription plans.
Free trials will be provided on the given email address of the User once opened an account.

-Subscription – Subscriptions are billed on daily, weekly and monthly basis. There are no extra charges for maintaining the User’s account. User can access and view our tips by logging on his account.

Account Termination – You can terminate your account any time by requesting it through email. We aim to terminate your account within 24 hours upon receiving your request.
Matchadvisers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violations of this Terms.

7. Payment, Billing and Compensation

Free trials – If you are on free trial no payment will be processed unless you choose to subscribe for any of our offers

Subscription Fees – are provided under every offer and payments are processed through our third-party processor (Paypal and Stripe)

Refund Policy – Matchadvisers does not process payment refunds. If Matchadvisers fail to predict correctly 50% of the given daily tips, you will be provided with another free daily tips.

If User decide to cancel their subscription at any time, they will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current subscription period and no refund will be made.

Payment – User will be charged the price shown on our subscription options by his choice.
After we receive the payment through Paypal, Stripe, credit/debit card, user will be able to use our services within 24 hours of the acceptance of transaction.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Matchadvisers might share User’s personal informations with any of its agents who might only use it to provide and improve our services. The type of information that we may collect include:
Personal information: Name, phone number, email address etc.
Transactional data: Purchase history and order information.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

– To process payments and transactions.

9. Requesting, receiving and Validation of Tips

User may request Free trial through contacting our costumer service and providing them with Personal details for checking purposes.
Users will receive their tips through email or by logging into their online membership account.
If an event is postponed or cancelled, there will be no refunds.
Matchadvisers reserves the right to change or suspend any tip prior informing the user at least 2 hours before the starting time of the events.

10. Discrepancies, Claims and Disputes

-Discrepancies in data: If you believe that the personal data we hold about you is incorrect and have been changed, you can contact us at any time providing the correct information about any changes via our email address or by reaching to our costumer service at “Contact us” link on our website.

– Claims: If you have a claim regarding our services, please submit your concerns in writing to our Costumer support team or by email.
We aim to investigate the issue and respond within 24 hours.

-Disputes: We encourage the users to contact us directly to resolve the dispute informally.

Matchadvisers is not liable for:

Any losses occurred due cancelation/postpone of any game for any reason.

Any errors within the website content.

Unauthorised use of User’s account username and password

12. Change of Terms

-We reserve the right to update or change our Terms at any time. If any change is made the User will be notified via email. Any changes will be effective immediately after posting on our website. It is User’s responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions for any updates before subscribing to our services.
